📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 1 to 3 Working Days

Express Shipping: 1 Working Day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only in the UK If your location isn’t listed, please contact us before placing an order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24hrs

5. Customs, Duties 

Mug Republic is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
