Return & Refund Policy — Mug Republic

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
How to Return:
- Email mugrepublicgb@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive your prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Drop off at any Royal Mail or DPD drop off location
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
Return Shipping: Free return shipping within the UK / outside of the UK Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges: We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product of equal value. Contact us at mugrepublicgb@outlook.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: List — e.g., personalized items, intimate apparel, earrings, sale items marked "Final Sale," gift cards, perishable goods.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within [48] hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost.
